Our company manufactures and sells a wide variety of adhesives. In some of our products, two parts of liquids, or materials that easily precipitate or separate are mixed.
One of our products' users is a manufacturer of crystal oscillators, and they use our 3000 class conductive adhesive for joining the crystal and the terminal. Normally in conductive adhesives, since silver filler's specific weight is larger, they easily separate and precipitate. Such adhesive needs to be mixed well and prepared immediately before use.
Before finding the THINKY MIXER, we had to mix simply by hand, and the separated/precipitated silver filler did not sufficiently get dispersed, which caused the conductivity variance when the crystal and the terminal are connected. In addition, the air bubbles caught were dispensed instead of the adhesive from the dispenser, and caused defects and lower yield rates.
However, the THINKY MIXER brought to us splendid dispersion force and deaeration effect by mixing for as small amount of time as 30 seconds, and eliminated the conductivity variance and dispensing of air bubbles. This crystal oscillator manufacturer improved the yield rate, and purchased additional THINKY MIXER.
