At the time of sale, we ask you to evaluate the actual model using the materials you plan to use, and also assist you in creating the recipe that suits the material. In addition to this, our technician provides you with tips for operation. After introduction, we provide assistance with regards to your questions and requests, consultation on use of materials that you did not consider at the time of evaluation, and on upgrading.
