How OUR mixers work

THINKY’s Superpower: Revolution and Rotation Combined

Revolution

Revolution applies centrifugal force to push material outward in a horizontal plane, rapidly redistributing all components.

Rotation

The container spins around its axis, generating smooth interna material flow for efficient dispersion without excessive shear.

45° Tilted Axis

An optimal 45-degree cup holder angle creates continuous three-dimensional movement, eliminating dead zones and ensuring constant material flow.

USE CASES

Key THINKY Features

Adjustable Settings

THINKY mixers offer adjustable revolution and rotation speeds, along with cycle time control. Fine-tuning these parameters ensures precise mixing and dispersion while minimizing material separation across a wide range of viscosities and formulations.

Defoam Mode

In addition to Mixing Mode, atmospheric (non-vacuum) THINKY mixers feature a Defoam Mode. During this mode, centrifugal force drives trapped air bubbles to the material’s surface, while controlled container rotation prevents new air from being incorporated. As a result, even bubbles hundreds of microns in size—visible to the naked eye—can often be removed effectively without vacuum.

Integrated Vacuum

All advanced THINKY models come with fully adjustable built-in vacuum function. This future enables microscopic air bubbles to be removed during the mixing cycle. Precise vacuum control prevents voids and ensures uniform, high-quality batches—even with highly viscous formulations.
